01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chess Fields, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Wagering features ("Risk Matches") and withdrawals require verified 18+ status and are not available where prohibited by law.
03Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Selling or transferring accounts is prohibited.
04Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
Cheating, engine assistance, collusion, exploiting bugs, or any attempt to manipulate match results or balances will result in suspension and forfeiture of chips and rewards.
05Chips, Purchases & Wagering
Chips are a virtual in-game currency. Purchases via Stripe are final except where required by law. Wagering is conducted under the Risk Match rules with dual consent. We do not guarantee winnings, and outcomes are governed by skill and chance.
06Withdrawals
Approved withdrawal requests are processed at our discretion after review. Fraudulent activity or suspicious patterns may delay or void a withdrawal.
07Cosmetics & Inventory
Purchased or earned cosmetics (pieces, boards, taunts, avatars) are licensed to your account for use within Chess Fields and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
08Acceptable Use
You may not harass other players, share inappropriate content, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may moderate accounts and content that violate these standards.
09Limitation of Liability
Chess Fields is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
